What is included in a We Are Knitters kit?
Each kit comes with everything you need to complete a project: premium 100% natural wool or fiber, sustainably sourced wooden knitting needles, the printed pattern, a small sewing needle to join pieces, and a WAK embroidered label.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your kit leaves our warehouse.
Are your patterns suitable for absolute beginners?
Yes! We categorize our kits into four levels: Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, and Advanced. Our beginner kits use simple stitches and include access to step-by-step video tutorials to guide you through your first project.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Is the wool ethically and sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on using 100% natural fibers. Our wool comes from sheep in the Peruvian highlands where traditional, mulesing-free shearing practices are followed, ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards.
