We want you to love your knitting journey, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all yarn hanks, needles, and kits remain in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn labels are not removed and kits include all original components.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
